actually, I did the oil pan dipstick thing, and the dust plate flywheel thing, -But I also left a radiator cap off.... it ran for about 50 miles before the temp started to go up -an oil cap off on a different car oil splattered all over the engine bay -lug nuts loose -a headlight loose on a van, it fell off and I ran over it on a test drive. -I worked on a car with a cable clutch and didn't adjust it correctly, resulting in a broken pressure plate. -I didn't tighten one side on the balance tube.... boost leak -on another instance I didn't bolt either side of the balance tube....... very rough idle LOL -I drenched the lower plenum with carb cleaner, trying to clean it and fouled the spark plugs beyond the ability to run on all cylinders -I towed a Z and while towing had an unsecure foldable tonnaeu cover on the back of my pick-up.... it caught some wind, flew off and smashed into the Z's windshield ahh... good times, I think I embarrassed myself enough ;P
